ITF chairman and CEO Roberto Martone has a top-notch management team headed by Massimo Cappini, prominent figure in the Italian perfumery industry. He supervises a staff of 36 experts in the sector. Completing the picture are the sales force in Italy and the branch house. In line with a long-term strategic plan of new launches backed by specific investments, ITF is in charge of creating the new products, as well as their ad image and communication through different marketing offices for each brand. On the Italian market the products are sold through an exclusive sales force. And while a capillary and consolidated network of distributors covers the rest of the world, ITF Germany GmbH (the branch house) manages the German and Austrian markets directly.
